I do it two ways By hitting the delete button on the keyboard or by right clicking and then "Move to trash" I rarely ever do the drag and drop to the trash. It did happen again about a week ago on the final version of Intrepid... But it happens so rarely, It's not really a problem to me. -- C

I get the same thing. Happened in Hardy and Intrepid It is only when compiz is on and I have a NVidia Driver... (Version 177)? When I hover my mouse over it it goes to normal. I can click it to change the color. It works like it should but it has the tearing effect. It also doesn't happen ever
