I can confirm it happens on Natty, nautilus fails to connect via "sftp" when both ssh (command line) and gnome-commander connect just fine to the server (Natty too, but also happening with a Lucid one). Sometimes nautilus manage to connect to /, but fails to move to /home/$user. Same dbus error message stated in the original bug report.
