K3b, Gnomebaker do not see my DVD-writing device. This is a real pain in
the ass as i need to reinstall my system.

i do not have any problems inmporting mail any more.
I would have liked to get the backtrace for this but do not understand
how to get it as i do not understand the tutorial

When i am working in gnome and try a ctrl+alt+backspace, the xserver fails to
restart.
it freezes on running local boot scripts (etc/rc.local).
When i try the same from the safe mode, i get xinit: connection to xserver lost
I can not find any information in my logs(not sure w
