Public bug reported:

apache, appache2, or webserver each find no webservers.  
all three successfully find various webservers with apt-cache search.
#ubuntu+1 suggested reporting a bug.

1)  lsb_release -rd

returned "No Application Found", "webserver" returned MonoDoc.
