The file example from the bug doesn't cause problems to nautilus in more
recent versions. Also the problem was more likely in the jpeg decoding
library and likely resolved here since

I tried image in my previous attachment again and it worked fine this
time so it's not for every jpeg-2000 image.
However, new image in attachment does reproducibly crash nautilus in
ubuntu 64bit 13.04 livecd. It works in 32bit livecd fine though so
indeed this bug probably applies only to
The attachment from comment #6 also thumbnails in Nautilus without
problems here.
