this is a follow-up to Bug #103256

a similar segfault happens when actually trying to print a calendar; so
far this happens on both ubuntu feisty boxes I have, regardless of
whether it's a newly created evolution config, or an old one containing
many appointments;

printing calendars worked with ubuntu edgy
