Well, to tell the truth upstream does not seem to be interested in bugs... I've
opened tons of bugs in lots of different packages, but I *never* had any type
of answer.
The ubuntu support is really more active!

moving the file using a window machine (and the same samba server)
works without this problem
The bug is not always reproducible here, only when you try to move a
file from a folder, to the share root, for instance:
192.168.1.254/Router/Incoming/BigFile

OMG! smbclient does not have a move command!
But I used rename and it worked. Maybe this is the problem...
Nautilus thought that a move command was not available and didn't
think that rename was good
