Yes, I'm talking about Gnome.
I took a look at /apps/nautilus/desktop/volumes_visible and it was
already checked.
Since I installed Feisty, I could only see sda volume icon on desktop,
but not scd, and my scd volume is automounted when I insert a medium.

I assume you are talking about Gnome.
Can you check (for instance using the Configuration Editor (Menu->System
Tools->Configuration Editor)) that the key
/apps/nautilus/desktop/volumes_visible is set?
