Affects me as well. I can only add my organization's main calendar, not
any of the other ones. This is pathetic. It also takes forever for
whatever it is doing to fail.

If you enabled 2-step verification on your Google's account try to create an
application specific password and use that when requested by Evolution Calendar
and Gnome.
I was experiencing the exact same problem.

Ok, I close Evolution and open again an now it works. But now it doesn't
close. I have to kill it.
