Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evince

When I open an pdf file directly from an evolution attachement I cannot
save the file ("save as copy" -> browser for other folders) to a samba
share or defined bookmark in nautilus! It is possible to save it to the
local harddrive. Why is it that some program's like openoffice you can
save to samba shares and others not? Isn't there some kind of gnome api
or module which takes care of the saving to a certain location?

** Affects: evince (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
