Evolution 2.11.2 Preview Message box + Password

Using Evolution 2.11.2 on Gusty - Tribe 1 i386 Live CD. On first run,
clicked "OK" on Evolution Preview message, but left "Do not tell me
- again" box unticked. Setup IMAP account. When restarting Evolution, IMAP
- account requests pa
Updated gusty with "apt-get update" and "apt-get upgrade evolution"
which pulled down 2.11.3, but the same with occurred.
