Read that the problem is fixed in the 3.11 kernel but it is not. I installed http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.11.5-saucy and still doesnt work. Then I installed the 3.12 kernel http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.12-rc5-saucy/ still has high packet loss.
