Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: yelp

When selecting "Help and support" in the system menu
(yelp-2.19.1-0ubuntu1) yelp pops up with an error message saying "Page
not found" - "The requested page was not found in the TOC". After this
message has been displayed for a very short time (max 1 sec) or not at
all yelp crashes. Apport is not activated, so if you would like more
information, please point me in the right direction. Just fiddling
around seems to show that if it is the first time you select "Help and
Support" yelp will open (and find the document), if you click on "Help
and Support" shortly thereafter it will crash..? (I could be wrong
there)

** Affects: yelp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
