Public bug reported: I have move my music collection to a RAID drive, music folder is symlinked to the ~/Music folder.
Every time I start Ryhtmbox there is not music available to play (not even my stored playlist). Each time I have to file -> playlist -> load from file This does not replace the existing playlist that was already loaded, but instead I have a duplicate (one with the music) ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 Package: rhythmbox 3.0.2-0ubuntu2 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.13.0-30.54-generic 3.13.11.2 Uname: Linux 3.13.0-30-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia ApportVersion: 2.14.1-0ubuntu3.2 Architecture: amd64 CurrentDesktop: Unity Date: Sun Jul 6 00:40:05 2014 InstallationDate: Installed on 2013-06-18 (382 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 13.04 "Raring Ringtail" - Release amd64 (20130424) SourcePackage: rhythmbox UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to trusty on 2014-04-24 (72 days ago) ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug trusty -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to rhythmbox in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1338173 Title: Music not loaded from RAID drive To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/1338173/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
