Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

Closing the last tab in epiphany no longer shuts down the epiphany
process in gutsy. Used to do so in feisty.

When I close the last tab in the first window opened, the process keeps
running, and displays the following message:
sys:1: Warning: IA__g_object_remove_toggle_ref: couldn't find toggle ref
0xb677ba30(0x830a8c4)

opening new epiphany windows and closing them doesn' t cause this
message any more, but closing tabs in windows seems to display the same
message again most of the time (with the same ref values)

** Affects: epiphany-browser (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
