Public bug reported: There is an option 'disable touchpad when typing' in the mouse settings menu. However setting this options has no effect on my HP ProBook 6560b running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, and as a result the cursor/focus moves frequently to other controls/windows while typing which is quite frustrating.
