Public bug reported: Having the full date is a basic function of every file browser but it seems it was completely removed from gnome and nobody cares over there... That is unacceptable und - quite unbelievable ;-)
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.01 LTS 64bit Here's a users's patch which at least adds a custom selectable "full datetime" column, which would be fine as a solution. https://launchpad.net/~mc3man/+archive/ubuntu/nauty-mods References: http://askubuntu.com/questions/285493/how-to-show-full-date-and-time-in-nautilus-files-3-6-list-view https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=676898 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=699055 ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1412239 Title: Full date and time cannot be viewed in "modified" list view column To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1412239/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
