Test case:
1. Pair a Bluetooth device to the system
2. Press the wireless key to disable the Bluetooth
3. When it's disabled, check the Bluetooth icon

Expected result:
* Bluetooth disabled, the indicator grey out

Actual result:
* Although the Bluetooth has been disabled, but the indicator looks like the 
Bluetooth is still at the ON state
