Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

When I have the gnome-terminal in maximal windows state, and add a new
tab I see the title bar change for a moment, but my new tab does not
appear.

When I switch to an other application, and then return to the gnome
terminal the new tab is visible.
