that was a local issue, local deb installed with dpkg, update-manager
list available update for those/replace them by the official ones even
if the version number is identic but g-s doesn't

We probably should show them as updatable then right? I guess it's a bit
confusing for the user, but only power users are going to be in this
case. If so, this could be a low priority bug.
