Especially at Pedro Villavicencio: Note that this issue happens to all
bars *except* the default bar where the "back", "forward" buttons and so
on lie. Try it.

I created a new user and I still can confirm this bug. To help you
understand the problem I made a small screencast. Watch the order of the
tags "test1, test2, test3, test4". I can only move "test1" to the last
place. If I drop the tag before, it moves back to it's original
position.

created on your system?

Sorry, i forgot about this bug...
The preparation:
1) Create a couple of bookmarks
2) Add them to different topics
3) Open "Bookmarks -> Edit Bookmarks"
4) Click on a Topic -> Activate "Show on toolbar"
5) Check that the toolbar is activated "View -> Toolbars -> Show "Topic1,
Topic2,..."
6) Clic
