Sorry, but since the Nvidia 390 driver is not published officially in
Ubuntu yet, we really can't track bugs for it yet. This bug will need to
move to 'nvidia-graphics-drivers-390' after the packages are published.

It appears that error message is coming directly from the nvidia
graphics driver. Please let us know which version/package of the driver
you have installed so we can assign the bug appropriately.
