I'm using 18.04.1, together with gnome flashback (3.28.0-1ubuntu1.3). For me, night mode only works with one screen, which is the primary screen. In my case, this is an external screen. With all 3 screens attached however, night mode however does not work with my two other monitors: - one

Yes the issue is annoying.. To have the second screen Night Light enabled, change the default screen to the other screen and back to first one - the second screen should have Night Light enabled. The same thing you have to do when disabling Night Light. - at least it works for me like this. --
