Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gimp

Gimp Release Conadidate included in Gutsy crashed several times on
different occasions, but especially one crash is persistent. It appeares
while painting with brush on a zoomed image.

The terminal says:

The application 'gimp' lost its connection to the display :0.0;
most likely the X server was shut down or you killed/destroyed
the application.

(script-fu:6047): LibGimpBase-WARNING **: script-fu: gimp_wire_read():
error

Is there anything I could add to this report?

** Affects: gimp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
