For me it opens up the correct day. I guess it depends which timezone
you're in? I think it's related to Bug #35538.

I'm marking this as "confirmed", as some one else seems to have filed a
duplicate bug. In Dapper Drake, I can reproduce something similar, but
my day is always off by one; IE: I double click the 3rd, and it opens up
the 2nd.
