No, my dock is not set to auto-hide.
I've just tested with auto-hide turned on. The result is the same. The
dock does not hide when changing folder's name.
Also if I create a new folder on the desktop (with dock auto-hide on),
it partially hides behind the dock. I guess that issue is covered by b
