Can't move/snap Nautilus window to occupy left or right half of the 1366x768

Thank you for your bug report, as you wrote it's because the minimal
side is higher than half screen. It's a low level resolution and easy to
workaround by moving the dock/changing the icon size/not showing the
nautilus sidebar. We are not going to change nautilus to accomodate that
feature on smal
