Okay thanks. As I said, it's Gutsy. I only used the red star on the top menu bar to upgrade. I did nothing else. I presume that's all available upgrades known by the standard ubuntu mechanisms used by most users. I did NOT do an "apt-get update;apt-get -f upgrade" or any such thing. I was com
