This bug is marked as fixed, but it is present in 10.04 with the latest
updates. Totem cannot seek ogg/theora video streams, ogg/vorbis or flac
audio streams. Exaile also cannot seek ogg or flac streams, which seems
to indicate that gstreamer cannot seek them.

Sorry freechelmi, my mistake, I speak spanish and not understood
correctly what about you was writing.
And now you understand this is NOT a Totem bug, is that the video
embedded is exclusively made for VLC...

Marcelo , you are completely Offtopic : your screenshot and URL show a page
that requires a plugin for application/x-vlc-plugin. obviously only VLC can
load it.
My Bug report is about a seeking problem; I don't have any problems about
playing Ogg/theora in Firefox.

Yes it's true, Totem's Firefox plugin can't play ogg theora streams, for
example, https://www.ututo.org/www/modules/news/news.php?ID_news=222
I need download VLC's firefox plugin to play the video.
