Public bug reported:

Upon importing various private and public keys manually, I notice that
none of them show up in the section GNUpgp keys no matter what I choose
under view.

Maybe this is related to this one:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1573829 and might be fixed
in a more recent version of seahorse?
