I don't understand why this bug was marked invalid??? I am facing the exact same issues. How do I change the system time if the clock applet closes? How do I set up NTP servers? After the upgrade to Hardy beta, the system time changed. Its another issue why that happened but I can't even set it ri

Let me explain once more what happens: Add the clock applet to a gnome panel, right click on the applet -> adjust date & time -> (opens "time settings" window) -> set system time -> Asks for password -> the "time settings" window shuts down. The time-admin doesn't open. The whole point of "set s
