Thanks! As I see, the original bug only mentions the window positioning
problems. In my case also mouse clicks are ignored by the panels.

That might be a side-effect of bug 1917939 so you would need to wait for
the fix to verify. If the clicking problem persists after that fix then
it should be reported in a new bug.
