When I switch to intel mode with 'prime-select intel' it will won't load
nvidia module, and this issue couldn't be reproduced.
And on T14 there are no option to disable the discrete GPU.

Sorry for reply late, I tried to swith nouveau, but it couldn't enter
suspend with X crash.

In case it is relevant:
Please try uninstalling all Nvidia drivers (so you're left with none but
nouveau in 'lspci -k') and reboot. Does the problem still happen?
Also is there an option to disable the discrete GPU in the BIOS? What
happens if you disable it?

It's likely that "I+N" is not relevant. Only the Intel GPU is used to
draw the shell and login screen.

Thanks for your feedback, I checked bug 1923335, the description is
similar, but it's not a I+N platform, and from my side, when I switch to
Power Saving Mode to use Intel, I could not reproduce this issue.
