Ah yes, confirmed. It only happens with the thunderbird snap, not the
default thunderbird deb.
Confirmed in 22.04 and 22.10.

If thunderbird snap is the default emailer:
Right click on a file on the desktop, "send to" opens thunderbird for a
new mail but without the attachment
Doing the same from files opens the mail to be sent with the attachme
Using Ubuntu 22.10 I find the opposite is true: It works from the
desktop but fails from Files (right click and then Email..)
