A guy on Reddit helped me. If I click logout I get this popup message: xmessage VBoxClient: Failed to register resizing support, rc=VERR_RESOURCE_BUSY OK then the whole screen appears and I can use the desktop. And I can also log out if I click log out again. But when I restart the error

I can't seem to reproduce the bug in a 22.04.1 VM with guest additions installed. Not in Wayland or Xorg. Desktop resizing works. Do you see the issue in just Xorg sessions ("Ubuntu on Xorg") or Wayland too ("Ubuntu" on the login screen)? ** Tags added: virtualbox ** Package changed:
