I successfully completed all 3 test cases with gnome-shell 44.1-0ubuntu1
on Ubuntu 23.04.
One GNOME Shell extension, workrave, does not work but it also does not
work with the original gnome-shell (44.0-2ubuntu3) for Ubuntu 23.04. I
suspect this was broken between 44 Beta (where it did work) and 4

Update gnome-shell
Hmm... unfortunately upgrading (both gnome-shell and mutter) to 44.1 did
not fix the main annoying bug for me where clicking titlebar doesn't
raise the window anymore (on X at least) - #2013216.
Also hitting the weird black bar issue that I didn't see under 44.0

Accepted gnome-shell into lunar-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-
shell/44.1-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
