That looks straightforward, with an obvious rollback path. The gnome-
shell switch should be evaluated based on where we are in the release
cycle once its ready, and how smoothly the g-c-c change goes. FFe
granted for the first part, g-c-c + g-i-s.

feature and non essential to the use of the system
