No, the problem is gnome-control-center checks with jockey if a
restricted driver is available and if so assumes a restricted driver is
required. This is true for nvidia but not for ati.

The problem was, it was flooded with messages from evolution and rhythmbox, so
I rebooted and here's the error message:
