There are two fixes on the upstream bug: one for Evo, and one for gtkhtml. Upstream has released the fixes for both stable (2.22.3.1) and trunk (2.23.5). This issue, methinks, will only be completely resolved on stable when the new stable gtkhtml is published. As such... I am marking it fix commit
