While referring Ubuntu users to upstream may be a useful time saving
measure, I respectfully must say that I believe this principle is
flawed. Ubuntu users should not be need to open multiple bug reports.
Dealing with upstream should be strictly the Ubuntu developer's job.

there is too many bugs which are open for the current team, so either
the bug is sent upstream by somebody or it'll just stay there as that's
the case now it doesn't hurt to ask if users are wanting to do that, if
they don't that's fine some bug triager will do it it could just take a
while
