Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
On my Toshiba Satellite U-300, Fn keys and Gnome power management tools (including Gnome-Panel's brigthness applet) seem to work independently. I can adjust the brigthness using the FN keys, and it won't affect the applet slider, for example... Sometime, in the middle of a session, they seem to synchonize randomly, affecting the screen brightness. Also, the setting in gnome-power-management (using gconf-editor) don't apply correctly. ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Brighness level adjustment weird behavior https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/211146 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-power-manager in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
