When you try to attach a file from a SMB location, you receive the following
error message:
"You cannot attach the file 'smb://fileserver-1/sharename/documentname' to this
message"
This problem occurs whether you try to drag the file from the SMB share
location or use the Attach button in Evolution. If you move the file to
the desktop, and then drag it to the message, the file is attached as
expected.
This problem does not occur when you attach a file from a remote
location by using ssh.
