Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

running ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy
rhythmbox 0.11.2

After connecting my ipod, I can see the content and scroll it, but when
I try to play a song, it tells me that the plugin needed is not present,
even though all plugins are loaded and enabled. I checked the install
through synaptic, and it says nothing is broken. Any thoughts? I am an
ubuntu newbie - so it's possible I missed something basic. Thanks.
