What really seems to have happened here is that the upgrade was killed
by user input (e.g. Ctrl+C) during a scrollkeeper-update proce

I'm not sure this is a duplicate - that error shouldn't cause an
interrupt or crash. This looks more like the user has killed the
scrollkeeper-update process, or it has crashed.
