the blueprints are rather useful for work that need to be discussed and
planned over a cycle, opening one for every random interface change
would clutter the list rather than bring value, considering this bug it
can rather be closed as wontfix, the bright colors are weird and bring
no informations

Hi Mik3, and thanks for using Ubuntu! You might consider making a
blueprint for this in Launchpad, explaining it in more detail (such as
what determines the colors on the bar?). Blueprints are generally the
way to go for improvements, as opposed to bugs.
