yes it is
on two intrepids and one webserver - same issue
only folder are affected. (rename, create, copy )
imho seems like:
nautilus>server: create dir
server creates and locks
nautilus>server: dir?!?
server>nautilus: locked/NA/etc...
crawling thru the internet i found

could you try if that's still an issue using intrepid stable?
