The information provided by HAL all looks consistent. When running from
battery:
battery.rechargeable.is_charging = false
battery.rechargeable.is_discharging = true
ac_adapter.present = false
When running from AC:
battery.rechargeable.is_charging = false
battery.rechargeable.is_discharging = fal
Ok, but a description of the exact contents of the tooltip would be
nice. I don't use a laptop, so i never see this icon and I don't know
what information it contains.
