Sorry, the attached crash reports are both from a previous installation,
since I had to reinstall from 8.10 alfa 3 to 2.6.27-2, due to a fatal
system crash. So plz take caution with interpreting the version data
below. I did run the updat procedure in the exact same way though.

Clicked Places and saw there was an arrow next to CD-RW/DVD-+RW. (It was
in use at this time.) Upon clicking the arrow, it crashed.

Just got hit by it. I do not use powertop, and cannot really state what
was going on at the time (but I was not mounting or unmounting
anything).
My gvfs is at 0.99.5-0ubuntu1.

gvfs-hal-volume-monitor crashed with SIGSEGV in str
I can only duplicate this bug when I have used the ``powertop''
application to disable HAL's polling of the CD drive and then change a
CD. So, steps for me to duplicate:
1) insert CD into CD-ROM drive.
2) run ``sudo powertop''
3) after a while, at least on my laptop which is an HP Pavilion DV2815N
happened to me just some minutes ago. i moved an mp3 to totem to play
it. but it was a 0 bytes file. the crash occured when i deletd the file.
