I'm not sure what information is needed to research this bug properly...
that is not clear. My ISP (Virgin Media here in he UK) forced a change
of smtp server address on we customers without bothering to inform us. I
have changed the smtp server details to the new correct ones, and the
username
I have just tried setting up both POP and SMTP on Microsoft Outlook on
my laptop... and they both work fine, it took me only a few minutes to
do it. (I had to change port numbers to those noted on my ISP provider's
website, and to enter the password to be used for SMTP (which there are
entry boxes
