Fixed with the upload of notification-daemon_0.3.4-0ubuntu7. The
background is based on the color of the tooltip now.

The attached patch solves the problem by using the tooltip color for the
notification. This means that under a inverse theme we get a inverse
notification (as expected).
The problem is that it changes the color of the current notitifcations
in the human theme to a stronger yellow than what we
bug #34434 (marked as dup of this one) had a rather hacky patch which could
definitely be improved:
